Job Description Answer phones and greet patients and visitors Check in pets and schedule appointments Maintain cleanliness of reception area and patient exam rooms Perform general office duties including answering the phone, greeting patients, etc.
Provide patient care such as checking blood sugar, administering injections, cleaning patient rooms, etc.
Cleaning & maintenance of the animal hospital (including the exam rooms, animal hospital, kitchen & bathrooms).
General office duties such as writing emails, taking pictures, etc.

Skills Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Assistant; or experience working with animals (preferred) Friendly and professional demeanor Excellent communication skills Good customer service skills Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Must be able to handle stress well Job Type:
